The Clara Apartment building sits in the University district near Greek row. Originally built in 1928 each of the 6 units in the building were converted from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartments with all new electrical and plumbing. During the large structural changes, preservation of original details and honoring the existing architecture was a high priority.
