Mercer Island Home

Originally a 1960s rambler, this Mercer Island home has been transformed into a stunning California ranch-style retreat through an extensive remodel. The open-concept design offers breathtaking city views, a spacious backyard perfect for entertaining, and an abundance of natural light that fills its five bedrooms.

This ambitious project involved a complete teardown and a significant expansion of the home's west wall. To achieve the dramatic vaulted ceilings and roof extension, a 40-foot beam was installed across the structure, creating a seamless flow throughout the home.

The renovation included meticulous updates, featuring 3.5 luxurious bathrooms, five spacious bedrooms, a brand-new kitchen, and extensive landscaping. The home also boasts two elegant living rooms, each opening to the outdoors with three stunning sliding glass walls, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
